  3. Adam,

I'm a week behind because I was sick last week, so I'll be doing this tomorrow. The week behind works well because I don't have to worry about the post coming at any certain time! I do appreciate you posting the weight you guys use, so I can get something relatively close. Also, I was super confused by the AMRAP. What does that mean?

For the BAS (Big Ass Salad,) try three slices of bacon, chopped. Crisp in a pan, then remove. Add 1/4 red or white onion and brown. Add 1 TSP Mustard, 3-4 TSP white wine vinegar, 1/4-1/2 cup red wine (if there is any left in the house). Turn temp to high and let reduce, then add bacon back. In another pan fry 3-5 eggs (medium), depending on how big your salad is. Add the bacon/onion mixture to salad and toss, then put the eggs on top and break the yolk, while cutting the whites. stir it around and you have pure bliss!

Keep up the motto! I need it out here!

Thanks for the gouge regarding your rendition of the BAS -- I'm going to throw that bad boy together this weekend!

Have you checked out everydaypaleo.com? It's chock-full of awesome carnivorous recipes, which makes me smile.
