Skill work - Man Maker:
- Power clean, front squat, press, back squat, press

WOD - Four rounds for time:
- Bear crawl x 50 yards
- Burpee broad jump x 50 yards
- 15 pullups
- 15 SDHPs
- 15 Wall ball slams
