Functional Fitness AMRAP

Warm-up

-12 minutes of snatch balance practice.
*Start with the bar behind your head, thrust up and drop at the same time into a squat snatch, then stand it up.

Then

15 minute AMRAP of:
-200 meter run
-6 front squats (95# Rx)
-12 burpees
