-Warm-up as needed
Then 3 rounds for time:
-50 meter sled push (2 plates)
-10 Deadlifts (225#)*
-10 Box Jumps (30")*
-50 meter sled push (2 plates)
-10 Back Squats (135#)*
-10 Box Jumps (30")*
*Note: set up stations at each end of the sled pushes
