Rest

It's been a while since we've incorporated a rest day...

Go ahead and relax...you deserve it.

    -Power Cleans
    -Hang Clean
    -Snatch
    Rest 60 sec between each round

    Then:
    5 rounds for total reps:
    -40 seconds of pull-ups
    -20 seconds rest
    -40 seconds of power cleans (Rx 95#)
    -20 seconds rest
