The "REAL" Ron Swanson

I call it this because today we actually measured out a true 100 meters and it made a big difference.

- "L" Hold Pullups

WOD - Four rounds for time: (Rx)
- 400m Sprint
- Wall Climb x 5
- Sled Push 100m (3 bricks)
- Overhead Walk 100m (95 lbs.)
