Six sets, five reps at each station:
- Snatch (95lbs)
- Front Squat (95lbs)
- SDHP (95 lbs)
- Burpees
- Pullups
NOTE: This is a partner workout. You don't necessarily have to go for time...just keep moving. Your partner goes through the each station once, then you go...repeat for a total of 6 sets.
