This WOD is just what I need after a weekend of heavy food consumption. This will prove to be CNS overload, so if you're going to attempt it, make sure you have a carb/protein rich recovery meal.
The following has been provided from the crossfit website.
WOD - "Nutts"
For time:
10 Handstand push-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
25 Box jumps, 30 inch box
50 Pull-ups
100 Wallball shots, 20 pounds, 10'
200 Double-unders
Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate

This is definitely an a$$ kicker when you do it but feels good when you are done with it. Have fun and good luck to all that attempt this one.
