WOD - "Back Attack"

Another strength day...next week will be XFit intensive.

Skill Work:
- Overhead Squat

WOD - Back, 3 sets, 6-8 reps:
- Lat Pulls
- Seated Rows
- Weighted Pullups
- Bent Over Rows

Core & Cool Down:
- Atomic Situps
- Foam Roller
