WOD - "Just Pain"

3 Rounds (20, 15, 10 reps):
- Chest-to-bar pull ups
- 1.5 pood kettlebell swings

Rest 4 minutes.

5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5:
- Wall Climbs
- Pass thru's (push up / dip combo)

Post times for each event.
