WOD - Chest Strength Routine

Strength - Chest
- Flat Bench, 5 sets, 6-10 reps
- Incline Bench, 4 sets, 6-10 reps
- Decline Bench, 3 sets, 6-10 reps
- Dumbbell Flat, 3 sets, 6-10 reps
- Dumbbell Incline, 3 sets, 6-10 reps
- Dumbbell Chest Expansions, 2 sets, 6-8 reps

Recover.
