Part II - Back Strength Routine - 4 sets of each exercise, 4-8 rep range:
- Deadlift
- Seated Rows superset w/ lat pull downs
- Bent over dumbbell rows superset w/ reverse pushups
Core & Cooldown - 4 rounds, 12 reps at each station:
- GHD situps
- Decline situps
- Side bends
- Knee raises

A few questions in case I forget next time I see you. I saw a paleo recommended and non recommended food list and it says peanuts, sweet potatoes, olives (to exclude olive oil), and chicken/turkey legs or wings are a no go. I know legumes are cut out but peanuts? High in protein and delicious, kinda breaks my heart. I also thought that sweet potatoes were a good starchy vegetable. I guess I don't really pay much attention to olives besides that I love them and never thought they did any harm and I could kinda get why dark meat from poultry maybe bad but what is your take on all I just listed?
