Stamina - Fifty (50) repetitions of each exercise for time:
- Pullups
- Burpees
- Kettlebell Swings w/ 53 lbs.
- Box jumps on 24" platform
- Wallballs w/ 20 lbs.
- Push-press w/ 95 lbs.
- Toes-to-bar
- Double-unders (jump rope)

24:33 - I suppose the 100 pullups we did on Wednesday slowed me down just a bit!
ReplyDeleteDid this one for squad pt on Wednesday. The version we did also included walking lunges, KB swings, and supermans (subbed for back extensions). Also, the pullups were supposed to be "jumping pullups" which went by slow. Time- 29:04.
