WOD - "The Richard Simmons"

Burpees. The exercise that everyone hates to love. We will be doing 45 of them today...with a box. Enjoy.

Stamina - 3 rounds for time:
- 15 Burpee Box Jumps
- 15 Wallball Shots (20 lbs.)
- 15 Medicine Ball Slams (20 lbs.)
- 15 Pullups

    On another note: Is there anyway we can organize the blog archive so that workouts are easier to locate. For example if I wanted to do a shoulder strength workout I wouldn't know necessarily to look at "Pepperoni and Bullets!" Can they be categorized into strength and function workouts, sub-categorized into muscle groups for strenght? I would be willing to do the leg work if it is possible to do.
