*We broke the sets of 33 down at the end doing for example two sets of 18 and 15 for each exercise in a cyclacle manner as opposed to pushing straight through. There were also some questionable squat thrusters that may or may not have been overhead presses with a slight thrust!!!

*Like before, I didn't have a partner, so my sit ups weren't partnered and I had to wait for someone on my 2nd set of rows and also delay a few seconds for the machine to turn on my 1st and 3rd set. Even then that maybe took 20-30 seconds from me. I wish I could have done part I but JON only has a 30lb KB and its not practical for running but part II was a good workout for sure.
Also, I wanna praise the neanderthal diet. I'm feeling pretty good so far, I can tell that I have gotten slightly leaner, I can't say I ever breath very hard during my strength workouts tho sometimes I think less carbs in my crossfit workouts wears me down a little quicker (thats prob just adjustment issues), and it forces me to cook nothing but delicious home cooked meals instead of packaged or strictly frozen food.
