- KB swings x 21 (53 lbs.)
- Wall climbs x 10
- 200m sprint

Rest 2 minutes

- 400m sprint
- KB swings x 15
- Wall climbs x 8
- 400m sprint

Rest 2 minutes

- 600m sprint
- KB swings x 9
- Wall climbs x 4
- 600m sprint

Rest 2 minutes

- 30 front/back burpees
