6:09 Rx...pass thrus were kind of a pain with the small push up bars I used at home. They were too low to the ground to swing quickly, so I swung/walked awkwardly though it. Not sure whether that slowed me down or made it easier.
Also, I'm going to credit SSgt North's awesome time to the contribution of the M5 superman juice I supplied him. I told him that stuff was amazing.
