Warmup: 2 mile jog
Strength:
- DB Incline, 8x4 S/S DB Curls, 8x4
- DB Flat, 8x4 S/S Preachers, 8x4
- Flies, 6x10 S/S Reverse-grip Curls, 8x4
- Decline Machine, 8x3 S/S Singles, 8x3
Cooldown: 1 mile jog and core
