Back in action

Re-launching this bad boy to track current fitness level and measure gains.

Today's WOD (140910) - 3 Rounds:
- O/H Squat x 7 (95lbs)
- Curtis P's x 7 (95lbs)
- GHD x 15
- Box Jumps x 10
- Run to NBC FAC (~1.5 miles there and back)
