WOD - "Hang Clean, Sprint"

Skill work - 10 minutes to heavy three rep power clean

Six rounds for time:
- 200m Sprint
- Hang Cleans (full squat) x 7 (95lbs rx)

*Rest 1 minute b/w rounds.
