30 reps of each exercise:
- Snatches (95lbs)
- SDHP (95lbs)
- Pullups
- KB Swings (1.5 Pood)
- Box Jumps
- Thrusters (45lbs)
- Situps (XFit Style)
- Pushups (Hand Release)
- Pullups (again)
- Burpees (last exercise)
