8-10 Reps, 3 Sets:

- Incline Dumbbell Bench s/s w/ Standing Dumbbell Hammers
- Flat Dumbbell Bench s/s w/ Seated Preacher Curls
- Incline Dumbbell Flies s/s w/ Cable Curls
- Cable "Wolverines"
