News flash: This hurts.

10 Rounds, 5 Reps:
- Snatches
- Power Cleans
- SDHPs
- Burpees
- Pullups

  1. The weight ranged from 65 to 95 lbs. Try to use the same barbell (i.e. one barbell w/ 25 lbs. on each side) for your snatches, power cleans and SDHPs. This is not a timed event - you complete one round, then your partner does his first round. Keep each other honest and push yourselves for max effort on each set. Have a good'un.
