WOD - "Buckeye 300"

Stamina - 30 Reps of each exercise:
- Snatch
- SDHP
- Pullups
- Burpees
- Kettlebell Swings
- Box Jumps
- Wall Balls
- Situps
- Pushups
- Pullups (again)

  4. Back in action gents. Found a powerhouse gym up in Twinsburg that has everything I need for crossfit. This workout was good I did 95lb snatch and SDHP in 20:08. I started warming up with 25 plates on each side and was struggling to snatch it.....then another person at the gym pointed out to me that the bumper plates were in kilos ha. Anyways, I thought I'd share the workout I did Monday with your followers.

    3 rounds for time

    -225 lb deadlift x 21, 50 air squats, 21 135 lb push press
    -225 lb deadlift x 15, 50 air squats, 15 135 lb push press
    -225 lb deadlift x 9, 50 air squats, 9 135 lb push press

    That came off crossfit.com from last week and loved the sound of it so I saved it for when I got off my body cleanser.
