WOD - "5x5"

Strength - 5 sets, 5 reps of each exercise:
- Incline dumbbell bench
- Box squats
- Flat dumbbell bench
- Power cleans (we went heavy for 1-2 reps)

Core - 3 sets, 15 reps of GHD sit ups
